Description
Membership Reactivation Fee
If your My Homeschool membership has been inactive for more than 12 months, your account may have been suspended in accordance with our membership terms and conditions.
Our curriculum is designed to be flexible and reusable for families:
Courses are reusable for other children in the family. There is no time limit on the completion of a course. You have access to the curriculum as long as you remain an active member. An active member is defined as someone who has logged on to the learning platform within the last 12 months.
To help families regain access to previously purchased courses, we offer a Membership Reactivation option for accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months but less than 2 years.
Reactivation Includes:
- Restoration of suspended course access
- Continued access to previously purchased courses
- Ability to reuse courses for other children in your family
- Access to current course updates where applicable
Important Notes:
This reactivation option applies only to memberships inactive for less than 2 years.
Accounts inactive beyond 2 years are not eligible for reactivation.
The reactivation fee is non-refundable.
Once reactivated, the same membership conditions continue to apply. Members must log in to the learning platform at least once every 12 months to remain an active member and maintain access to their courses.
If an account becomes inactive again in the future, an additional reactivation fee may apply.
Once payment has been processed, access is typically restored within 1–2 business days.
