DIY Homeschool & General Questions

As homeschooling grows we are getting hundreds of email requests for general homeschool information. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on: school problems, legal issues, DIY curriculum planning and DIY registration help.

However we’ve tried to answer many of your questions on in our Free Homeschool Resources section.

My Homeschool Curriculum Related Questions

We love to answer questions about our curriculum and how it can work for you. Unfortunately right now we don’t offer phone support for initial enquiries.

Please include details like your the age and grade of your child as this often influences our answer.

Support Hours: Amanda answers your emails Monday to Friday between 9 and 5pm (Sydney, Australia time). She may forward your email on to others in our team for further clarification. Emails sent after hours still get to us and we will answer them on our next working day.

Technical And Password Issues

We know technical issues are very annoying. If you have not been unable to access the forum then please try a password reset and check your spam folder. Otherwise contact us and we will do a manual password reset. We aim to answer these requests that day or on the next working day.

Community Forum: All member questions about curriculum links, broken links or teaching questions are best asked on the Community Forum.
